Position Summary:

As a Sr. IT Analyst – Marketing, Sales, eCommerce (MSE), you will serve as a liaison between IT and MSE stakeholders within our Nestle USA operating company (OpCo). As a part of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team, you will have exposure to working with our above market and global product teams to bring IT solutions to the business. You will bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing the MSE function and advise on the best solutions. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements. You will then play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as IT system solutions.

  • Support the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce function in the development of strategy through incremental improvement of our products and services
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities and processes and provide options for improvement.
  • Design business scenarios and use cases, including product introduction, specification and the change-management required to maximize adoption and value from the Nestle USA business
  • Work with MSE and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and define what will satisfy the business need
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
  • Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into technical requirements
  • Assess near-term needs, using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities.
  • Consults with product teams and proposes alternative solutions
  • Support the BRM and Product Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of that experience within marketing, sales, or ecommerce
  • 2+ years of experience working with and configuring a CRM platform
  • 1+ years of experience of successfully integrating multiple systems leading to optimal data flow

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
