Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Treasury Risk & Services Manager, this position supports all aspects of Nestlé’s North American treasury activities, including foreign exchange, capital markets, M&A activities, intercompany loan management, cash management, banking administration, and initiatives to leverage treasury technology solutions to optimize automation, enhance controls and support Nestlé USA’s growth. 

Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for oversight of multi-market merchant services programs, conducting analysis and contract reviews of e-commerce providers and pricing
•    Work with cross-functional teams across Nestle entities to implement strategic and operational improvements to support e-commerce business growth and enhance controls
•    Partner with procurement to drive savings through review of contracts to identify optimal currency for payables, and ensure FX execution on identified projects
•    Support supply chain finance initiatives through coordination with banking partners and internal stakeholders
•    Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting of treasury results, identifying and implementing changes to continuously drive reporting improvements
•    Identify emerging technologies and process automation (FinTech) that can be leveraged to address business needs, drive process improvements and reduce costs
•    Work with the regional manager on corporate finance activities, M&A operational due diligence and post-acquisition treasury integration
•    Provide support on cash management, banking operations and bank account management as needed
•    Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including audit and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications:
•    Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, economics or related field
•    5 years of business experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting or a related area

Preferred qualifications:
•    Understanding of financial markets and experience with instruments such as derivatives, debt instruments and investments
•    Technical experience with treasury management systems (Quantum and Wallstreet Systems), FX trading systems (FXall and 360T), bank portals, payment systems, ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Bloomberg
•    Knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, cash management, payment processing and networks
•    Working towards CTP, CFA or MBA a plus
•    Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, Power BI or other data analytics software
•    Ability to leverage systems or technology to automate processes
•    Knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry

•    Excellent organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
•    Strong oral & written communication skills; able to interface with internal & external business partners and present effectively to company leadership
•    Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement
•    Balances being self-driven and proactive with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem solving
