The Senior Financial Analyst, Central RGM role will support the RGM Finance organization by providing key reporting deliverables related to Revenue, Trade, and other P&L line items that impact net net sales. In this role the senior analyst will provide periodic reporting and validations to meet period end close objectives, as well as develop long term process automation to improve the speed and quality of non-reported metrics. There will also be opportunities in this role to connect with division sales controlling teams and expand our current reporting and analytics capabilities to support their goals. A key feature of this team will be the quick adoption and deployment of new and unique technological solutions to meet the needs of our cross-functional partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze period-end close results vs prior year and forecast and summarize results for the Sr. Manager, Central RGM and Director, Central RGM.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly forecast review meetings with division sales controlling teams and consolidate division forecasts.
- Review balance sheet reporting for trade accounts and provide analysis and summaries to division teams for sign-off.
- Standardization and automation of materials for monthly forecast review meetings.
- Develop, automate and publish materials for key leadership meetings (SLT, FLT, etc.)
- Proactively refine and improve all modeling and automation associated with owned deliverables
- Collaborate with division sales controlling teams to identify widely applicable opportunities to develop or improve processes
Qualifications
- BA/BS with major in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
- Advanced computer based analytical skills and knowledge of analytic software packages (Excel, Power Bi, etc…)
- Advanced financial acumen; experience working with P&L postings and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other graduate finance degree
- Proficiency with a data-analysis related programming language (Python, R, SQL, etc…)
- Proficiency with Power Query
- Experience with sales or trade data, preferably Nestlé specific
- Detailed understanding of accrual logic
- Knowledge and understanding of Nestlé Accounting Standards
Skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills; ability to develop multi-step logic sequences to manipulate and categorize data from nonhomogeneous sources.
- Desire and ability to learn new software packages and programming languages on an on-going basis.
- Ability to Independently and reliably execute deliverables on a periodic basis with minimal supervision.
- Confidence to deliver financial direction and analysis to senior leadership.

Salary: $93,610.57 to $133,866.90 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
