Position Summary

 

The Sr. Manager Data Fabric of Operations drives end-to-end delivery excellence for NUSA data initiatives across Supply Chain, Technical & Production (T&P), and Procurement in support of Nestlé USA's ambition to unlock operational agility, measurable business impact, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical for spearheading the design and operationalization of a new way of enabling data across Operations. You'll build and iterate the process from the ground up, navigating ambiguity to establish how work gets prioritized, resourced, and delivered. Partnering with Finance, Functional Relationship Managers, vendors, and senior stakeholders, you'll oversee dynamic staffing pods, manage project financials, and keep agile delivery tightly aligned to the portfolio.

 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for data initiatives, from requirements through execution and value realization
  • Spearhead the design and operationalization of a new data-enablement process, iterating to make it work in unclear and evolving areas
  • Align delivery priorities with IT/Digital and Operations objectives across Supply Chain, T&P, and Procurement, dynamically managing resources to maximize value delivery
  • Partner with Finance on the financial aspects of new projects, including budgeting, cost optimization, and value tracking
  • Oversee vendors and dynamic staffing pods, balancing delivery capacity, cost, and outcomes
  • Drive agile delivery practices and portfolio alignment to ensure speed, quality, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
  • Enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices, with clear KPIs and success metrics tied to operational outcomes

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in large-scale program delivery, data/technology initiatives, or product/delivery leadership roles
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and stakeholder ecosystems, including external vendors and delivery partners
  • 5+ years of experience driving agile delivery, portfolio management, and value realization across enterprise initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience enforcing governance, standards, and delivery best practices, with clear KPIs and measurable business outcomes

 

Other

  • MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in data platforms, analytics, or data fabric environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization (in partnership with Finance/ Value Management Office) is preferred
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations functions is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $165,000 to $225,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
