As an IT Senior Manager, Business Relationship Management overseeing the Analytics function, you’ll lead both digital capability strategy and associated business value results for Nestlé USA. You will connect and drive digital strategy, aligned with the business strategy, to ensure that digital roadmap and associated IT product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. This will be achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for digital capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized. In addition, act as the principal technology advisor and thought leader in analytics to the Digital Acceleration team to identify & drive digital innovation-based solutions. You will play a critical role in driving our Nestlé USA digital transformation.

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Be a trusted partner to the Nestlé USA Digital Acceleration teams in all aspects related to digital includes analytics, data, integration, automation, etc.
  • Envisions, co-develops, and articulates the overall Nestle USA Analytics digital vision and strategy, including the key opportunities to drive customer and shareholder value and how those manifests into a program and product roadmap
  • Ownership of the Digital Roadmap and associated Portfolio for the Nestle USA Analytics have accountability for its correspondent value delivery
  • Collaborate with Global IT leaders and Product groups to ensure understanding of the Nestle USA business strategy, goals, and context to properly incorporate those into the product roadmaps
  • Support building Digital Fluency program
  • Engage leaders to define and solicit innovation needs and opportunities in order scouting and external partnering requirements
  • Drive ideation/innovation to help determine how emerging technology can help with business challenges/opportunities
  • Build and inspire an innovation culture – bring outside in (i.e., ideation workshops, peer to peer, innovation networking, industry events)

 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of combined experience within Information Technology and Business
  • 3+ years experience with leading IT products/solutions within the Analytics domain
  • 1+ years experience leading initiatives/transformations across enterprise platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years technology experience in areas of cloud computing preferred (ie: Microsoft Azure, advanced analytics, automation, CI/CD, MLOps/DevOps, Agile, etc.)
