Position Summary

This position is for a Sr. Corporate Security Specialist for Nestlé USA.  This employee will report directly to the Senior Corporate Security Manager and be based in Arlington, VA.  
 
Organizational Relationships:
•    Supervise contract security for the Arlington Corporate HQ campus.
•    Interface with senior leadership, contract security, and other Arlington campus business partners.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
•    Collaboration with Nestlé Plus locations for access control needs and best practices where possible.
•    Monitor physical security metrics/KPI’s.
•    Security Liaison to all campus business partners on security processes and procedures.
•    Verify the security requirements for the Arlington Corporate HQ and the Seattle NCP campus facilities are being followed.
•    Monitors compliance with Nestlé Plus physical security policies and procedures among employees, non-employees, alliances and other third parties and report to the Senior Corporate Security Manager to take corrective action.
•    Conduct security audits, surveys, and reviews. Monitor compliance with physical security requirements.
•    Provide Senior Corporate Security Manager with regular status reports pertaining to compliance related security matters.
•    Research the current trends of physical security, asset protection, and risk management, and keep up to date with issues and technology.
•    Provide filing, word processing, database entry, and related support as needed to improve the security program.
•    Perform all security administrative activities/duties including staff meeting attendance, monthly status reporting, expense processing, documentation, and other activities, as assigned, in a timely fashion.
•    Assist Senior Corporate Security Manager in compiling case files for field investigations as established through asset protection procedures. 
•    Assist in new procedures to help streamline contract security job responsibilities to better assist Nestlé Plus locations in the protection of personnel and property.
•    Help maintain proper audit lists for access control system.
•    Enforce access control reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:
 
•    Education – Successful completion of a 2-year degree in a security related field; criminal justice or equivalent graduate degree could be considered; 4-year degree preferred. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR
•    Specialized Experience – Six years of full time, specialized experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position, and that is typical in or related to the work of that position. Experience may include knowledge of standardized applications or variations.
