Position Summary

We have embarked on an ambitious journey to use Digital as a key enabler for growth and winning with consumers. We have bold digital initiatives in motion in Digital core, Digital marketing, eCommerce, Digital sales, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing and Future of Finance. We are transforming core business processes of our company and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will be leading business architecture, project management, process design, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the resident expert in Digital solutions with detailed knowledge of state-of-the-art Digital technologies and solutions cultivating product centric delivery. You will lead as Digital Product Manager in different digital initiatives organized as digital squad teams. In this role you will not be constrained into a single digital product / initiative, but you will have the ability to act as digital product manager for 2-3 digital initiatives in different scope and scale. You will also be able to shape Nestle Digital product management capability and maturity.

•  Own product vision, strategy, Business Case, and competitive analysis
•  Own product roadmap, identify and document Use Cases and User Stories that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
•  Drive product development by working closely with product owner, data science team and other stakeholders on solution delivery in an agile environment.
•  Manage backlog of competing feature requests by evaluating the business value of each, and prioritizing dev teamwork.
•  Document customer needs in the form of epics and user stories in agile manner to create innovative and differentiated solutions.
•  Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align hardware & software solution synergies and marketing plans.
•  Strategize with product management and stakeholders on issues related to solution requests, vision, and overall business value.
•  Lead MVP (minimum viable product) development, implementation, and rollout of offerings with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

- 3+ years Product Management experience dealing with digital product solutions working directly with technology teams and business stakeholders as a product manager.
- 5+ years of experience managing solution roadmaps and backlogs.

- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, design or work experience similar discipline

- Experience in stakeholder management and senior Executives and decision makers.
- Experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with data needs at all levels of a modern analytics workflow (design thinking, research, visualizing, storytelling)
- Experience with AI and Data Driven solutions
- Experience working in high performance teams
- Experience in C-Level stakeholder management
