Position Summary
We have embarked on an ambitious journey to use Digital as a key enabler for growth and winning with consumers. We have bold digital initiatives in motion in Digital core, Digital marketing, eCommerce, Digital sales, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing and Future of Finance. We are transforming core business processes of our company and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will be leading business architecture, project management, process design, and stakeholder communications. The Digital Delivery Director will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital initiatives including digital innovation at Nestle USA. This position will also be responsible for successful digital delivery, management, and support a portfolio of strategic digital programs and projects. This role is accountable for contributing to and executing on a clear strategic vision providing best-in-class Digital and building an agile minded culture to meet our Digital product strategy. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the following types of initiatives: digital delivery squads, digital innovation, RPA/IPA and Citizen Development. She/he will lead the entire digital delivery lifecycle, including working with functions, divisions, and core digital leadership team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall strategy and day to day execution of Digital Transformation PMO, Digital delivery squads, RPA/IPA delivery and Digital Innovation
• Track business value delivery and intervene to course correct the business value delivery when required
• Work with senior business and core digital transformation leadership team to ensure smooth delivery of Nestle USA digital strategy and roadmap
• Partner with IT FRMs and BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) to understand ongoing project demand and balance against capacity.
• Develop prioritization framework to optimize project delivery leveraging velocity to determine estimates for future demand.
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to conceive enterprise level vision, and implementation roadmaps in alignment with corporate, division and functional units’ business objectives and priorities.
- Previous experience successfully consulting directly with business and IT management and staff to understand their needs and identify opportunities for using digital solutions to improve opportunities and customer engagement
- Direct experience with multiple hardware and software platforms with demonstrated high competency in several application architectures, integration frameworks, patterns and technologies: Java, React, Salesforce, Azure/AWS/Google, Portals, Service Oriented Architectures, Microservices, social media, and advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong Digital team comprising complementary and diverse skills by building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders to increase effectiveness and satisfaction. Ensure effective application of Performance Excellence practices and tools throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic and project planning and proposals, creation and execution of program and project roadmaps surrounding web and digital strategies, including ecommerce, social media on a global basis.
- 10+ years of management experience handling the execution of concurrent complex projects and programs with demonstrated leadership and relationship management involving business and IT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business
