Position Summary

We have embarked on an ambitious journey to use Digital as a key enabler for growth and winning with consumers. We have bold digital initiatives in motion in Digital core, Digital marketing, eCommerce, Digital sales, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing and Future of Finance. We are transforming core business processes of our company and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will be leading business architecture, project management, process design, and stakeholder communications.

 

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. In this role you will be assisting VP-Digital Transformation on enterprise digital strategy and leading nascent business architecture initiatives. In this role you will cross-functional Digital teams, IT and consulting partners to help them solve for complex problems and needs. 

 

Key Qualifications:

-Experience working on building Enterprise Digital Strategy and roadmap and tying Digital Strategy to Business strategy and Business Architecture. The right person for this role will have a knack for thinking end to end, understanding of business and technology constraints and orientation towards delivering measurable business value. 

-Experience supporting business stakeholders to design and align upon a future state business architecture considering business capabilities, roles and responsibilities, processes, systems, and data to support business goals. Leverage ability to understand the intricacies of our stakeholder business processes, and support their ability to scale through the right future state vision.

-Experience and knowledge to help to drive business prioritization for short, medium, and long term planning horizons, then translate the path from a current state to the future state into a prioritized and aligned upon roadmap, and drive that roadmap to execution through projects.

-Experience designing processes and solutions with the right balance of standardization vs. customization to enable scalable support for stakeholder teams with different business focus areas, but common capabilities.

-Experience improving stakeholder processes by designing, documenting, and aligning upon processes that are streamlined, standardized, and reduce pain points. New processes should enable business goals to be achieved at scale and the right level of quality, speed, and cost.

-Experience in process design by leading with the clarification and design of business needs first, remaining agnostic about technology solutions when appropriate until the business needs are adequately understood.
-Experience leading efforts through facilitation of venues with different types of audiences, including executives, core team members, business, IT, Digital and other extended team members. Experience tailoring the approach, content, and duration to fit the audience needs and keep the teams aligned at the appropriate level.
-Proven success in building business architecture in a large MNC / Fortune 500 company and leading a team to achieve goals by supporting stakeholders through partnership

-Bachelors in Business, Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus and preferred. Experience working for global MNCs in Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing and HiTech is also preferred.
