Position Summary

We have embarked on an ambitious journey to use Digital as a key enabler for growth and winning with consumers. We have bold digital initiatives in motion in Digital core, Digital marketing, eCommerce, Digital sales, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing and Future of Finance. We are transforming core business processes of our company and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will be leading business architecture, project management, process design, and stakeholder communications.

 

The Senior Manager Digital Transformation PMO  is responsible for leading Nestle USA Digital Transformation Program Management Office, driving to increase strategic business value for Nestle USA through the deployment of Agile/Scaled Agile/DevOps and by providing structure, governance, and oversight to the digital delivery squads with Digital PMO best practices. He/she is accountable for the deployment and maturity of Agile within the Digital organization and supports the deployment of Agile across Nestle USA through training & coaching engagements. He/she will manage and develop a team of Agile program managers and scrum masters to support Digital teams, as well as a team that owns the deployment of Agile across the enterprise (process, tooling, coaching, mindset).

 

Portfolio and Program Management
• Own the Digital portfolio management process for Digital Transformation delivery squads and Digital Innovation initiatives
• Own the Digital value tracking system / KPI framework in partnership with Finance to measure progress against key dimensions for Digital investments and own portfolio-wide Digital KPI.
• Manage a team of scrum masters and Agile program managers that support teams across the Digital Transformation organization
 

Agile / Product Transformation

• Own the deployment of Agile & Product mindset across Nestle USA Digital organization 
• Facilitate the definition and formation of Digital product teams
• Drive the continued maturity of Agile/Product throughout Nestle USA, through coaching, training, communities of practices, etc.
• Lead the shift from Agile project delivery to a product delivery model
• Drive broader organizational changes in partnership with other functions to effectively support Agile product teams
 

Agile/PMO Tools & Processes

• Accountability for Agile/PMO process and tool ownership, including JIRA and supporting tools to manage key capabilities like road mapping, execution, user story mapping, etc.

 

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Organizational Leadership, or other relevant discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in an Information Technology or Digital environment, and direct experience with software delivery
• 5+ years’ experience with Agile frameworks
• Experience managing all aspects of an enterprise-level Agile transformation
• Strong change management skills, the ability to influence and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, and high levels of empathy
• Ability to mentor or evolve peers, the organization, and leaders
• Experience with product formation, visioning, road mapping, and maturing product ownership
• Strong analytical background, and ability to partner with finance closely on budgeting
