Nestlé USA, Inc. seeks a Manager Finance in Arlington, VA
Duties: Control promotional spending used by sales and marketing teams across the U.S. baking business division, facilitating key decisions related to field sales and promotions to ensure profitable growth and adequate return on promotional investment. Establish guidelines for pricing and promotions including frequency, depth, key drive times, margin and required return on investment and approve exceptions needed for strategic purposes. Define yearly sales and promotional targets, monitor goal attainment and make decisions on promotional adjustments for different sales regions. Supervise one Financial Analyst in evaluating returns on investment of promotional activities and ensuring commercial activities are in compliance with pricing and promotions guidelines. Collaborate with other business functions, including marketing and supply chain departments, to ensure increases in other Profit & Loss (P&L) line items are mitigated by reduction in promotional spending.

Requirements:
Job requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a finance or auditor role. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: SAP system including Business Warehouse (BW) module; data analysis and management in MS Excel; sales analysis and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis; generating financial reports and illustrating insights from data analyses through statistics on data visualization; and communicating complex financial concepts in business terms to non-finance professionals.
