Reporting into the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, the Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics will lead the development and evolution of Nestle’s digital marketing analytics roadmap across Nestle USA’s 30+ brands.

 

Leveraging owned website, CRM/email, paid and social data sources, they will enable data-driven decision making and provide actionable insights to enhance Nestle’s marketing performance.  Employing advanced analytics concepts and tools, they will develop insightful reporting and monetization models that will inform marketing communications spend.  And through strong understanding of Nestle’s business, solid communication skills and an ability to drive change, they will collaborate with brand managers, agency partners, senior management and other key stakeholders to drive meaningful business impact across Nestle USA.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the development and evolution of Nestle’s digital marketing analytics roadmap across NUSA’s 30+ brands by drawing on strong analytic ability, comfort with marketing technology, and strategic vision of brand marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and other senior marketers to identify analytics challenges and propose solutions for driving performance and enhancing capabilities.  Work cross-functionally to operationalize processes, workflows and data solutions to meet the needs of the business.
  • Lead the measurement and optimization of marketing communications across all consumer touchpoints, such as by executing website analytics and AB testing, conducting email audits, reporting on CRM/email and designing learning plans to improve brand communication effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation, operationalization and ongoing management of channel reporting for CRM, website, media and social marketing activities.  Identify key insights and disseminate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Elevate NUSA’s understanding of the consumer experience by leveraging 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data sources to generate insights that illuminate consumer inflection points within and outside of digital.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and marketing optimizations to evaluate and inform brand communication strategy.  Create persuasive reporting and design/deliver strategic presentations to focus brand teams on key business opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, quantitative, or computer science field.
  • MBA or MA in Marketing Analytics preferred but not required
  • Agency, consulting or CPG experience preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, brand management, IT/data management or consulting

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong general experience in digital marketing, marketing measurement and business analytics (e.g. report generation/automation, marketing campaign analysis, web analytics, AB testing, email performance, social media measurement, content testing, etc.).
  • Strong experience collaborating with senior audiences across a range of business functions to identify and address key business challenges.
  • Experience in data analysis and comfort working with a wide range of data sources and systems to analyze business performance and generate insightful reports.
  • Experience using tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc. to manipulate data, create reports and model business performance.

 

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with advanced analytics and statistical modeling, including media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, LTV and sales impact studies.
  • Experience in the analytics tools and data platforms used to manipulate and extract data (e.g. PowerBI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, SQL, R, etc.).
