Position Summary

Responsible for being a single point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects (e.g. Field Sales, Distributors, DSD etc) within assigned geographical "Area/Territory" and deliver agreed objectives/targets.

A day in the life of...
  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, NNS, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned Area;
  • Leads the distributor in defining the best commercial strategy (pricing, promotions and in store activation) for the development of the brand;
     
  • Implement, follow up and update Field Sales Plan for the assigned Area;
     
  • Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Agree on investments. Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sell out, inventory level, order placement on-time etc) all the above in accordance with International Sales Manager;
     
  • Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities;
     
  • Cascade marketing activities (communication and promotion, follow up and update Field Sales Plan for the assigned Area.
What will make you successful
  • Demonstrated experience in export sales and preferably managing 3rd party distributors;
  • Able to create good partnership/relationship with third parties and engage them;
  • Tolerates extensive travel;
  • Must speak fluent English. One additional language between Chinese and Japanese is a plus.
