Position Summary

  • Ensure a best in class after sales service in B2B field
  • Propose and put in place innovative solutions for services
  • Manage internal and external teams and monitor the KPIs
  • Endure a smooth communication flow between market and Nespresso HQ

A day in the life of the B2B After Sales Manager

Responsible for premium After Sales service

  • Propose internal or external solutions to realize the service according to guidelines and best practices, including service packages
  • Propose the internalization/externalization strategy in accordance with B2B commercial and other function
  • Put in place the KPIs and be the lead for regular reporting and continuous improvement actions

Manage internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure best in class After Sales Service

  • Performance Management of B2B service partners
  • Ensure, with the partnership of CRC team that service level provided to customers is best in class by
  • Identifying the improvement points
  • Put in place the necessary preventive a corrective action
  • Ensure the service level provided by external After Sales centers (or SSP)
  • Identifying the improvement points
  • Put in place the necessary preventive a corrective action
  • Provide Machine trainings to Service Partners

Be the Responsible contact in the market for Nespresso HQ for B2B channel

  • Report to Nespresso HQ all the necessary information to increase customer satisfaction
  • Machine friability improvement
  • Service models to be shared with other markets
  • IT development needed to improve After Sales Service
  • Share within market all the necessary information from Nespresso HQ to ensure best in class after sales
