Position Snapshot

  • Nespresso Italy, Milan Headquarter
  • Permanent contract 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to understand current OOH market trends
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Experience in Consulting Firm would be a plus
  • Digital attitude and familiarity with E-commerce would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Bi and Google Analytics would be a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required. 

 

Position Summary
In recent months, B2B has completely revolutionized its RTM, approaching horeca customers directly and and starting its own digital revolution.
Reporting directly to the Business Commercial Excellence Manager, the Business B2B Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall delivery of multiple change-management projects. Liaising with different stakeholders, you will set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress ensuring cross-functional projects are consistently delivered on time and in budget.
You will also support the Business Commercial Excellence Manager in deploying the digital strategy for Nespresso and to implement and monitor strategic and operational plans.

 

A Day in the Life of the B2B Trade Marketing Project Manager:

  • Project Management
  1. Understand business priorities and digital trends and collaborate with Business Commercial Excellence Manager in order to facilitate and coordinate roll-out of Company strategy
  2. Project/ Program development, roll out and execution, ensuring a successful implementation
  3. Project presentation ensuring an effective buy-in of the main stakeholder and end-users.
  • Change Management & Organizational Efficiency
  1. Drive B2B and Digital change management across the organization (culture & mindset)
  2. Work with key strategic and operational stakeholders to shape process, systems and data 
  3. Define Business needs and partner with the IT department to ensure that all the related information systems are functioning and operative.
  • Digital & Innovation
  1. Deploy Innovation agenda for B2B in the market  
  2. Digital performance analysis and identification of actions.
