Position Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand & Supply Planner with strong expertise in Demand Planning and a proactive, collaborative attitude to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate forecasts, aligning demand and supply plans, and optimizing inventory flows across the supply chain. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, balancing inventory levels, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver seamless operations. Beyond technical skills, we value individuals with energy and the ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.

 

A day in the life of Demand & Supply Planner

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
  • Translate demand plans into supply requirements to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics (including service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, retail planners, and logistics teams to align supply and demand strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels across the network, ensuring timely replenishment and product flow.
  • Identify supply chain risks and opportunities and implement mitigation or improvement actions.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and phase-outs with aligned demand and supply strategies.
  • Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize planning tools and ERP systems to manage forecasts, supply plans, and inventory data.

 

What will make you successful?

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Demand Planning within B2C environments, ideally in coffee or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
  • Key soft skills:
