Position Summary                           

Responsible for effective management of stock allocation process, including proactively reviewing demand & supply simulations and executing customer behaviour analysis.  Collaborates across market functions to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business' ability to provide proactive communication to customers in case of out of stock situations.            

                       

 

A day in the life…                             

  • Identify the potential mitigation actions required to mitigate out of stock risks. Escalate and engage other functions, when required, to jointly collaborate in determination of mitigation actions.                                               
  • Helps driving identification of actions such as maintenance of quota, preventing issues in transportation in case big demand is detected, highlighting if customer didn't submit order despite of forecast                                          
  • Participates in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to support analisys and alignment of actions to solve in case of out of stock situations.                                             
  • Constantly executes system parameter changes, including mitigation action setup, order modification & root cause code application.                                         
  • Understand and select appropriate functionality to meet business needs for product allocation, stock reservations, sales order optimization, back order processing etc.                                    
  • Understands and influences demand management tools and techniques to ensure stock allocation to customers meet specific shelf life requirements and priorititrization of customers                                          
  • Monitors target achievements and KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks attainment for the function and team such as COF (Customer Order Fulfillment) and OTIF (On time In Full)                                   
  • Participate to operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of Order Fulfilment process.                                             

                                   

What will make you successful                              

  • At least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Supply Chain and Demand Management knowledge and expertise
  • Passion about Supply Chain and Order Management
  • Curiosity, flexibility and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Italian and English
