Position Summary
Are you a talented IS/IT Technology leader ready to join our Workforce 360 Everyday Digital team in Milan, Italy?
We need you to inspire/enable value through the art of the possible with W360 products, with specific focus on Everyday Digital products that help to unleash the power of our people by digitally transforming the workplace to lighten the weight of work and help our employees thrive as their most creative, collaborative selves.
You will be accountable for demand management process across Global Functions/Business in order to assess, prioritize and enable deliver of technology that drives business strategy, outcomes and value.
A Day in the Life of… a Technology Expert
Relationship Management: Decrease the complexity of collaboration between Global Managed Business/Function and W360 and inspire/enable value through the art of the possible with W360 products, with specific focus on Everyday Digital products that help to unleash the power of our people by digitally transforming the workplace to lighten the weight of work and help our employees thrive as their most creative, collaborative selves.
Value delivery: Understand the Business strategy and provides business receivers with the art of the possible with our technology starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions.
Leadership: This role particularly involves value realization, effective senior leader communications, facilitatation of issue resolution, triggering escalations processes when required, a deep undestanding of the IT organisation, stakeholders and governance.
Leadership: Represents our Business for W360 (Everyday Digital) and W360 (Everyday Digital) for our Business.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teamsStrong Understanding of technology trends and leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) as well as the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to support new and evolving business models
