Position Summary

Will work under the supervision and guidance of the CVC Process, Compliance and Projects Lead based in Milano, you will be primarily supporting the Team in areas of budgeting, spend, forecasting. You will be also support the areas of project and portfolio management and ensure completeness of information in our portfolio management system.

A day in the life of...

  • Support processes that include budget management, forecasting, license and inventory management, ordering and reception of services and invoices.
  • Ensures IS/IT strategic service partners provide the level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business commitments.
  • Works with peers in the financial and procurement areas to ensure efficient operation of financial and commercial aspects of the services.
  • Works with supplier teams to ensure good coordination of commercial and financial changes.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
  • Knowledge in financial management, cost or commercial aspects.
  • Curiosity and attention to details;
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Technical Competences:
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Excel
  • Italian mother tongue, fluent in English.
