Position Summary

Are you a talented Performance Management Specialist ready to join Nestlé’s new Workforce 360 Connectivity, Voice and Conferencing team in Milan, Italy? The IS/IT Performance Management Specialist monitors all aspects of IS/IT performance, product group key value indicators, IS/IT key performance indicators and analyzes this performance over time to support IS/IT and business management's decision making for the area in scope. S/He integrates in-scope product information (value delivery, cost, resources) as well as information from supplier metrics, or workforce performance metrics. Performance Management covers value, efficiency and effectiveness metrics, compliance and risk metrics. The IS/IT Performance Management Specialist helps his/her allocated scope to improve IS/IT capabilities over time, maximize business value and alignment and maintain the best value for money and time to market for the whole IS/IT scope worldwide. By taking a practical approach to measurement, s/he delivers transparency and supports the in-scope leads communications toward business and governance bodies.

A day in the life of...
  • Leads the establishment of the performance management discipline and artefacts across the product group and the whole stream;
  • Ensures that the IS/IT organization leads the way within Nestlé for data transparency, analytics, reporting and data driven decision making on its own performance;
  • Uses predictive modeling and run periodic simulation to identify opportunities and innovate with different ISIT strategies, helping head of Streams and product group Managers in their choice and decisions for sourcing, investments, workforce etc.;
  • Actively participates in the building of the IS/IT strategy, the product group strategy and portfolio planning as well as providing key insights for all decision making related to IS/IT and digital;
  • Supports the Product Group Managers by taking leadership in ensuring their Products are well represented in the IS/IT product catalog, with engaging content and regular updates, demonstrated through defined KPIs.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor degree;
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role;
  • Working experience either in IS/IT, Analytics and Reporting Product Management or Finance;
  • Experience in effective communication in English at different levels in the organisation;
  • Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams;
  • Experience in Business Analytics (Machine Learning, AI, cockpit);
  • Good know how of manipulating data / visual dashboard and analytics products;
  • Excellent knowledge of data management practices;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns;
  • Excellent communication skills (visual and verbal), and very strong interpersonal and influencing skills (externally and internally at all levels);
  • Strong collaborator and team builder with a cross-discipline team;
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to complete root cause analysis and complex correlations across complex data sets;
  • Understanding of decision making styles and bias and knowledge of strategies to overcome them when advising senior management teams;
  • Enthusiastic, quick learner with proven ability to rapidly get up to speed with job knowledge;
  • Ability to build relationships.
