In order to complete our International Nestle Service Now Delivery Team, we are currently looking for an ITSM Senior Technology Specialist ServiceNow IS/IT Technology Specialist – ServiceNow Administrator that can support us in the ITSM area.
As part of our dynamic team you will provide knowledge, consultancy and advisory with respect to ServiceNow the constant evolution & design of the main ITSM applications like Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Knowledge Management. Further you will be one of our key team members that will support with Platform issues or planned upgrades.
 

A day in the life of...

  • Providing main consultancy and support on design, develop, build and customize the main IT Service Management applications within our ServiceNow platform based on the requirements captured. 
  • Acting as the technical point of contact and “trusted advisor” to the Application Owners within the scope of responsibilities. 
  • Assisting in building and maintaining our internal technical documentation, processes and procedures. 
  • As part of our ServiceNow Delivery team you will be playing a key role in support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications
  • Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Developing systems integrations and process automation
  • Being responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Analyzing raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful solutions & documentation of testing scenarios and results
  • Preparing time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers & application owners
  • Providing training for each tool’s functionality to the key stakeholders
     

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, system analysis or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as ServiceNow Admin and has the relevant ServiceNow certifications
  • 3+ years of experience data related positions
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer in the relevant areas. 
  • Experience of analyzing and resolving technical data issues in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SQL and Query building
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps, project management principles).
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
