International Fine Dining Lovers CX Lead - Waters

Position Summary
This is an exciting position in the international task force of Sanpellegrino managing an innovative and captivating web app providing content & services on Modern Fine dining to foodies (28mio sessions yearly).

The role is about leading and developing best in class digital personalized consumer experience based on the global data strategy execution and users insights.
 

This involves:
-planning, modelling, orchestrating a clear monitoring and research plan to intercept areas of improvement and brief UX and UI team to implement the optimization.

-overseeing the Consumer Data Platform (CDP), 1st party data, global audience segmentation criteria and support markets in local data activation on owned and paid channels.
-tracking performances and collecting consumers insights

 

This role requires a deep understanding of consumer experiences practices, consumer data, strong end to end vision, consumer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various international stakeholders.

 

 

A day in the life of the International Fine Dining Lovers Consumer Experience Lead

 

  • Define and execute an evolution pipeline ensuring best in class digital user experience and usability of the platform
  • Guarantee and continuous improvement approach to optimize User experience and User Interface
  • Coordinate external agencies to run consumers research and specific digital analysis to intercept improvement areas (ie UX research, usability test, A/B testing, eurystic anaysis, glass box report, CRO analysis, Saleforce, GA)
  • Define KPI's framework and dashboarding and set global and local TGT on the project and track performances
  • Provide top management with relevant insights and post evaluation reporting
  • Coordinate implementation of the finedininglovers web app in local markets (US, France, Italy, Spain, Latin America, Canada, Uk, Australia) ensuring the right resources allocation; support markets in the execution (including SEO, hosting, sowtware licences and reporting)
  • Lead, define and develop a custom Consumer data platform approach and proper teck stack set up
  • Define global consumers segmentation criteria and ensure markets adaption and local marketing automation

 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • +3/5 Years Experience in managing and optimizing consumer journeys, including journey planning, orchestration, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and personalization techniques to enhance the consumer experience.
  •  Strong understanding of CX Technologies, digital tools, UX/UI and digital channels such as CRM, Websites, social media, consumer engagement services and more.
  •  strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing consumer data, including Voice of Consumer data and digital behavioral data to derive actionable insights. Ability to make data-driven decisions based on insights derived from consumer data analysis.
  • Experience in working with IT departments on integrating and activating consumer data from various sources, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and consumer feedback tools.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal teams to implement consumer experience initiatives.
  • Experience in mapping and analyzing consumer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic planning and target setting
  • Agency and budget management.
