- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Fluent in Italian and advanced in English (required) - additional languages are a plus.
Position Summary
- Global Exposure: Manage shipments and maintain strong relationships with distributors and affiliates worldwide. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, international environment with visibility across global operations.
- Professional Development: Beyond daily operations, you’ll gain hands-on experience, lead improvement initiatives, and strengthen your expertise in international supply chain processes.
- Impact and Innovation: Your insights will help optimize processes and reduce costs, creating value across the organization.
A day in the life of a Customer Service&Logistic Specialist
- Coordinate order shipments and loading appointments with international clients, including load optimization, stock checks, and export documentation.
- Maintain daily contact with supply planners, customers, Area Managers, and transport partners.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver for logistics issues and a trusted partner for Area Sales Managers.
- Handle claims and returns, resolving load issues directly with transporters and forwarders.
- Conduct KPI reporting and perform analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools (Power Query/Power BI); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Fluent in Italian and advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
