Position Summary:

As a Jr. Technology Specialist - Digital Adoption, you will play a crucial role in shaping Nestlé's digital future. Picture yourself working in our Global IT Hub in Milan, collaborating with talented professionals from around the globe. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Nestlé's digital adoption initiatives, ensuring that our organization maximizes the potential of our Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe) and digital assets. You will work closely with the Product Owner and internal stakeholders, using your technical expertise and passion for user experience to design and implement impactful solutions. Imagine the satisfaction of driving adoption and engagement with our software products, helping the business achieve its strategic goals. You will lead training initiatives, empowering project teams and subject matter experts to build and maintain Digital Adoption Platform solutions. Additionally, you will spearhead the implementation of our new Digital Adoption Champions program, creating awareness and engagement within the IT community and businesses.

 

A Day in the Life of a Junior Technology Specialist:

  • Collaborate with product owners and technical delivery teams to develop, build, and manage the Digital Adoption solutions based on business goals and project plan
  • Assess needs and use cases, design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
  • Provide training, coaching and support to subject matter experts (content builders) to ensure they have the technical maturity to grow the solution and manage sustain
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a Digital Adoption community program and act as community lead
  • Drive agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality to ensure best in class digital user experience 
  • Set up measures to evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set forth to deliver value back to the business
  • Ability to understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at our disposal to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time
  • Partner with our internal Adoption & Change, User Experience, and Learning Experience Design teams to identify synergies and develop cross-product solutions and offerings where appropriate

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • A degree in one of the following fields or equivalent experience: Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Sciences, User Experience Management, Change Management
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to train, coach, mentor, motivate and think outside the box
  • Experience leading and creating communities of users and advocates
  • Experience working with a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and/or Change Management methods (desirable)
  • Exposure to UX best practices is a plus
  • Effective communication in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
