Position Summary

  • Identify improvement opportunities in end-to-end processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain).
  • Define and implement optimization projects with measurable objectives.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (COF, OTIF, lead time) and propose corrective actions.
  • Support process standardization at local and global levels.
  • Collaborate with IT and business functions to implement digital solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on progress and results.
  • Train and raise awareness among teams on process best practices.

 

A day in the life of a Junior Process Optimizer

  • Process Analysis: Ability to map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows.
  • Structured Problem Solving: Use of methodologies to identify inefficiencies.
  • Change Management: Skills to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Data Orientation: Competence in quantitative analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Digital Mindset: Knowledge of digital tools for automation and monitoring.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to service quality and internal/external customer satisfaction.

 

What will make you successful?

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience in Supply Chain, with exposure to end-to-end processes.
  • Basic understanding of Operations, Credit, or Demand Generation is considered a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and advanced spreadsheet functionalities (knowledge of SAP for process and data management is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and digital tools; these skills are considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Power Query and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactivity, taking ownership of tasks and improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, flexible environment, showing mental agility, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
