  • Graduates in Economics/Finance or in Management Engineering
  • Minimum 6 months stage experience in Finance - Controlling 
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of Excel 

Position Summary

In this role you will work with Procurement team in order to give evidence of raw materials prices and influence business decision; you will also provide reporting in order to support economics analysis process to facilitate a fact based decision making process, ensuring adherence to financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirements.

A day in the life of Junior Procurement Controller

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team, and in particular with the Procurement and Manufacturing Teams, and with the Controlling Team in order to provide a high quality data/timely framework;
  • Reporting, data and analysis preparation to be submitted to the Operations Team/Procurement Team and Category Co-pilots;
  • Preparation of Prices and Volumes Variances analysis to be presented to Operations/Procurement Team and Business Co-pilots.

What will make you successful

  • Graduates in Economics or in Management Engineering;
  • Minimum 6 months stage experience in Finance / Controlling;
  • Curiosity and attention to details;
  • Strong analysis attitude;
  • Good organizational and planning skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Very good Excel knowledge;
  • Basics knowledge Financial Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance;
  • Strong attitude for interpersonal relationships and for the creation of a profitable personal network;
  • Italian mother tongue, fluent in English.
