Position Summary 

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations within the organization. You will support global supply chain activities by ensuring the efficient tracking of products from pickup to delivery, maintaining accurate documentation, and developing strategies to optimize logistics processes.


A Day in the Life of a Logistic Networks Supports & Reporting Specialist:

1.    Logistics Coordination:
- Manage the flow of goods and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate logistics operations.
2.    Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
3.    Documentation:
- Handle shipping and export documentation to ensure compliance with international shipping standards.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions.
4.    Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
5.    Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency.
- Negotiate transportation costs and manage vendor relationships.
6.    Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to maintain compliance.
