Position Summary

 

Reporting to the Head of Vending & Additional Channel, the National Key Account Manager Additional Channel will be responsible for developing, managing and hunting key clients in the out-of-home organized channel (travel, entertainment, organized HoReCa, on-the-go chains, etc.).

 

 

A day in life as a National Account Manager

 

  • Managing and developing the existing client portfolio
  • Manage the Additional Channel, ensuring achievement of sales, volume, and profitability targets
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders (purchasing, marketing, trade marketing, operations) at both central and, where necessary, local levels
  • Conduct structured hunting activities: identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, analyze potential, make contact, present the offer, and negotiate up to deal closure
  • Define, negotiate, and implement commercial terms, price lists, promotions, and activation plans in line with company strategy and channel targets
  • Analyze performance by client and channel (sell-in, sell-out, product mix, profitability), proposing improvement and development plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to build launch plans, in-store activities, visibility materials, and ad-hoc projects for key clients
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and new out-of-home consumption trends, proposing new formats, partnerships, and consumption occasions
  • Ensure constant alignment with the internal functions (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance) for effective agreement execution
  • Prepare periodic reporting on results, new client pipeline, negotiation status, and main channel KPIs
