Position Summary
You will have the opportunity to join Nespresso's B2B customer relationship centre team, which is responsible for ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the outsourcer. They will support the team in their daily customer service activities, with the aim of ensuring the highest level of customer service and helping to streamline customer management processes.
A day in the life of the Customer Service Specialist B2B:
• Support with proactive approach the Customer Service activities together with the team
• Maintain and improve a KPI dashboard, identify and propose new KPI to address trends and performance; highlight and anticipate possible issues
• Identify improving areas, actively promote continuous improvement approach
• Ensure communication and collaboration with the outsourcer and other internal functional departments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, After-sales, etc.) for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues.

• Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic Customer Service
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint.
