Position Summary

Support the store planning Team in the execution of retail and trade activities according to the Retail and Trade Plan and GBS.

The candidate will be part of the Nespresso Global Retail Store Planning, in a group of 8 people (architects and interior designers…). Main activities and performances are related to upgrade the Retail network within different approaches and formats, implementing the Nespresso store concept according to the Global Retail Strategy. The candidate will also work on the realization of layouts, furniture drawings, supporting or briefing external agencies, and will support the Nespresso markets in the execution of the stores. Knowledge of English is a must.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Support the store planning manager in the retail and trade roll out activities
  • Support the team in communication in-out the retail network
  • Support the development and execution of retail and trade activities in given markets (guided by a Senior Project Manager)
  • Develop upon the guide of a Project Manager the trade community and network, creating action given to support the trade expansion
  • Managing and supporting a list of selected European Nespresso Market in the design and execution of the retail projects
  • Adaptation of existing Store Concept in multiple retail formats
  • Design of layouts, shopfronts, interior details, Nespresso Guidebooks
  • Management of day-by-day tasks
  • Usage of ordinary design software, like Autodesk AutoCAD and office tool like MS 360

 

What will make you successful

  • Graduated in architecture or interior design
  • Problem solving skills
  • Result and detail-oriented, and good communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Good Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD is a must, Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge is a plus
  • Passionate about design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with a flexible mindset
  • Proactivity, creativity and passion for interior, design and architecture in general
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English & Italian
