Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to be part of the Nespresso Demand & Supply Planning team. In this role, you will support the team in optimizing supply plans and ensuring correct store inventory levels based on store capacity, attributes, seasonality, and selling curves. Additionally, you will support end to end processes reengineering, identifying improvement and automation opportunities.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure consistent, high service levels towards right supply and service level by monitoring and taking required action on deliveries
  • Collaborate with Demand Planners to maintain and improve demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons
  • Maintain and define parameters in the Replenishment tool to optimize stock levels across the network
  • Automate analysis on demand and portfolio at SKU/location level
  • Support in developing changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures within supply chain functions, collaborating in project for lean process reengineering
  • Collaborate in the optimization of Supply Chain KPIs

 

What will make you successful

  • Curiosity and interest in processes within a complex and dynamic Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (including macros), PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities
  • A positive, forward-looking mindset and team spirit
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
