We are looking for passionate technical talents who will support the installation, start-up and operation of modern and highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site.

Position Snapshot
• Nestlé Purina
• Permanent contract, full-time role
• Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities
• University Degree in technical studies. Engineering background would be preferred.
• Previous experience (4-5 years) in a similar role
• Experience in Manufacturing sector is must. Food factory would be a plus
• Knowledge of current legislation on safety at work basic (d.Lgs 81/08)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of Italian and English languages is a must.
A Day in the Life of a HSE Specialist:
- Work to compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards and principles (e.g. by ensuring SHE is integrated into planning, operational reviews)
- Implement effective risk management procedures according the RSPP.
- Check the site is under control for employees, contractors and visitors, correct signage and with relevant risks effectively managed.
- Work for high standards of health & hygiene conditions for workers, with appropriate emergency medical response.
- Work to ensure that specific safe working practices are in place with a focus on high frequency risks (eg slips, trips, falls, injuries from sharp points and edges) and high hazard tasks (eg work at height, critical lifting, hot work).
- Deliver high quality and efficient HSE support, e.g. exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training
- Participate in key meetings & reviews.
- Support LEAN initiatives.
- Concur continuous improvement in Safety / Health / and Environmental Sustainability proposing targets and driving initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with different organizational levels.

- Ability to achieve results through effective influencing and collaborating
