Position Summary:
In this role you will work in our Planning department in Purina Petcare category, ensuring food supplies and demand forecasting.

A Day in the Life of a Demand and Supply Planner: 
•    Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on weekly basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand
•    Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes
•    Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances
•    Review historical sales trends and evaluate statistical forecast results
•    Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy and variability BIAS balance
•    Responsible for IMSP receiver activities and I&R projects management for the assigned products
•    Ensure the timely availability and freshness of products to meet the desired Customer Service Level
•    Minimize Working Capital.

•    Knowledge of forecasting processes and planning tools, Excel, SAP, SAS
•    Initiative and Proactivity
•    Strong communication skills
•    Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis.
