We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the people agenda and will also lead the people attraction and recruitment during the launch of a new manufacturing site.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategic greenfield project, building the workforce from the ground up and shaping the site's employer brand within the local community. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports the installation, start-up and operational ramp-up of a modern and highly automated production facility.

•    Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives
•    Italian and English fluent
•    Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00.

 

Position Summary
You will be responsible for the people’s agenda and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people’s plans aligned with business agenda. You will start leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of the workforce required to support all project phases, and you will be soon the key point of contact for all the themes related to people. 

 


A day in the life of an HR Business Partner:
•    Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. 
•    Support the organizational short-and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats.  
•    Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit. Interact with local stakeholders considering the territory, the social impact, the sustainability and representing a force for good.
•    Recruiting keeping in mind the local needs and initiating specific projects of Employer Branding with the territory.
•    Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.  
•    Lead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. 
•    Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
