We are looking for passionate technical talents who will support the installation, start-up and operation of modern and highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site.

- Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Fluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus.
- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €63.500,00.
Position Summary
Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.
A day in the life of a Packing Engineer:
• Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
• Fulfill ""engineering"" project concept
• Organize project execution
• Mobilize resources (internal & external)
• Ensure the coordination with plant design
• Select and qualify contactors
• Coordinate contractors’ activities
• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
• Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief
• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.
What will make you successful?
• Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (HSE)
• Factory operations experience.
