Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Controller to join our finance team. You will play a critical role in overseeing the consolidation of the operations of the International Premium Business (IPB) division, ensuring consistency, compliance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making at the corporate level and will support Revenue Growth Management activities as well as PFME management.
A Day in the Life of a Corporate and RGM Controller:
- Oversee consolidation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure alignment with business performance metrics and facilitate proactive adjustments to drive organizational success
- Analyse the performances, identify trends and prepare reports to help to individuate findings to the different functions.
- Act as a champion for guidelines and compliance within the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
- Act as partner with key markets and the management in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process by fostering effective collaboration and value creation with the involved countries by leading the preparation, consolidation and analysis of different financial statements.
- Strategically monitor and support managing pricing among markets to maintain competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.
- Supervise Marketing Expense (PFME) budget of the assigned functions to track and ensure the compliance and the correct budget spend.
