•    >3 years of experience in business performance management and project management 
•    Proven experience in business analysis and experience to bring conclusions to actionable plans
•    Strong experience in Partnership Management
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Good understanding of ecommerce and retail logics
•    Fluent Italian and English
•    Experience in retail will be a plus

 

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the B2C Commercial Director, you will enable the B2C business by doing analyses, driving proposed activities to improve sales performance across channels, and providing business support. You will as well take care of the project management and implementation of commercial/marketing initiatives in the B2C channels.

 

A Day in the Life of an Omnichannel Excellence Manager:
Project management: Manage and deliver multi-channel projects by developing plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating with departments like Marketing and Finance
Drive proposed activities, provide other business support and implementation of commercial initiatives: Drive traffic and sales through online and offline channels by collaborating with marketing, supporting business processes, implementing commercial initiatives, aligning internal communications and representing all channels within the MBP team
Third Party Management: Manage and monitor Third Party Providers to ensure compliance with brand standards, drive service improvements, and provide input on contracts and Service Level Agreements
Management Team Responsibilities: Drive business results through tactical decisions, budget management and cross-department collaboration, while supporting the Director in optimizing investments and operational processes.
People & Performance Management: Attract and retain talent, foster team collaboration, set clear performance goals, and build a positive, safe working environment that aligns with Nespresso culture and values.

 

What will make you successful?
•    Proven experience in business analysis
•    Good knowledge of forecasting models to ensure accurate predictive analysis and planning
•    Excellent interpersonal and management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment
