Position Summary

Manage and deploy the Boutique Network strategy by assessing current and future market trends, financial statements and analysing any other relevant indicators. He/she is responsible for Boutique new openings and Boutique relocation by creating solid business cases and land high level agreement negotiations.

 

A day in the life of Property Manager

Manage and deploy the Boutique Network strategy:
•    Translate into concrete action plans geomarketing insights on Boutique Network (with an Omni channel view)
•    Identify opportunities for improvement for new and existing boutiques (scouting)
•    Develop business cases for new boutiques or existing boutiques to enable cost optimization (with focus on rent)
 

Assess current and future market trends, financial statements and analysis:
•    Analyze value building activities to prepare appraisal reports:
•    Gather information about market trends, external benchmark, geographical consumer footfall and evaluate the most profitable investments opportunities
•    Provide information and data in a timely and efficient manner to support financial decision making

Handle high level agreement negotiations for Boutique new opening/relocation/rental costs

•    Handle first step and high level agreement with local and international landlords
•    Evaluate efficiency of Boutique network by constantly monitoring and, if necessary, assess & renegotiate fixed costs
•    Drive relocation plans by identifying opportunity to create efficiencies, support Boutique development and product accessibility
 

People & Performance Management
•    Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
•    Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals 
•    Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
 

What will make you successful

  •  
  • 5 years experience of real estate management
  • Professional and intellectual capabilities at academic or higher professional education level.
  • Experience in leading and managing (retail) managers
  • Extensive experience in effective P&L management
  • Proven experience in retail business development
