Position Summary

Property specialist supports Property Manager in manage our commercial location, including Boutique in high street, Boutique in Shop, Boutique in Mall, Temporary and automatic format.

A day in the life of...
  • Support in the creation and analysis of Real Estate KPI
  • Development and updating of tools for contractual management of BTQs
  • Mapping and refresh the most important Italian High Street and Mall
  • Identify and analyze Real Estate trends, to support renegotiation and relocation of out Boutique
  • Manage the renewal of temporary locations
  • Support the negotiation of the main contract clauses (Insurance, Guarantee, Break Option…)
  • Manage the payment of rents, cost and related costs of our Boutique network
What will make you successful
  • Experience in leasing/property/real estate development
  • Available to business trips
  • Communication skills. Development and management of leases require both, first-person communication skills and email communication
  • Organization skills, because managing properties involves a lot of time and a lot of sensitives information (Problem solving, multitasking, results oriented, proactive, innovative)
  • Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment and be able to prioritize
  • Excellent skills with Office
  • Fluent English
