Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the National Account Manager to develop sales of company products and all related sales activities to designated national key clients. Co-responsible with NAM in the forecasting process and data analysis.
A day in the life of the Customer Development Specialist:
• Business: Support NAM in Monitoring sales, promo activities, forecast accuracy, build customer balance sheet. Helps Nam to define and achieve business goals. Plan and execute flawlessly.
• Organization: Support Nam to Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers and timely inform all involved functions and directions.
• People: Successfully work and coordinate trade marketing and marketing team to develop commercial initiatives on national customers.
What Will Make You Successful?
• At least 1 year in field sales experience or similar
• Category/product and market/modern distribution knowledge
• Awareness of production and delivery process
• Good planning, forecasting and data skills
• Good knowledge of the Packet Office (Excel)
• Interpersonal skills/commercial attitude
• Good service orientation
• Fluent in English.
