- Corporate agency experience is a strong asset (excellent training in monitoring, multiclient management, and prioritization)
- Fluent Italian and English is a must, French a plus
Position Summary
You will help execute reputation recovery communications and stakeholder engagement plans, monitor and summarise live media and manage internal systems for the benefit of the wider team.
A day in the life of a Reputation Coordinator
- Coordinate and monitor media monitoring
- Development of communications materials
- Press and media relations management, including via on-call Press Office
- Train and develop colleagues in reputation management techniques
- Management of selected issues mapped on the NW&PB global Issues Round Table, mitigating their impact on the business.
- Organize and facilitate corporate internal/external events, town halls/webcasts, videos, etc. Manage and execute digital owned channels (external and internal).
- Preparation for engagement with key political and community stakeholders through proactive communications, initiatives, partnerships and advocacy.
- Management of internal materials and resources
What will make you successful
- At least 5 years of experience in external communication, press relations and crisis management and public affairs.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt messages to issues and audiences.
- Ability to manage communication related to sensitive subjects with rigor, responsiveness and anticipation.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt messages to issues and audiences.
- Perfect command of Italian and English, both written and oral, is essential to evolve in an international environment.
- Interpersonal skills and strong coordination skills with various stakeholders (internal and external).
