A day in the life of Retail Operations Specialist
- Analyze and monitor store performance to identify areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance customer interaction and increase satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and direct observations to understand their needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the Customer experience team to promote events and activities that enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure that products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Create reports and presentations for management, highlighting the results of customer experience initiatives and proposing new ideas
- Planning, budgeting and coordinating the Retail Operations projects
- Operational management of BTQ tools dedicated to customer service
- Ensure communication and understanding of procedures and process of different departments to BTQ network
- Professionally administers all incoming requests and direct them to the appropriate department providing excellent support
- Coordinate the execution of special projects
- Visit Boutique to ensure efficient and effective management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing company initiatives that impact the retail field experience.
