  • Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer in a Head-Hunting company
  • A previous experience in a Retail Company is a plus
  • Use of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter license, Boolean search, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases).

Position Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist acts to get in touch with the best Talents on the market with Nespresso.

As a partner of Line Managers and HR Business Partners, he/she identifies right people to guarantee the success of the company, making the Line more and more autonomous in the management of the Recruiting process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the recruitiment process for retail population.

A day in the life of Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Deliver End to End Recruitment process: manage and deliver high quality talent for Boutique.
  • Successfully execute the talent acquisition strategy at Nespresso. Ensure planning and hiring decisions and ensure you are continuously informed and up to date by relevant market trends.
  • Support the Line Manager during the selection process, giving feedback and challenging him/her, to transfer Recruiting skills and make him/her more autonomous.
  • Manage contacts with recruiting agencies.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: manage active candidates through the recruitment process and provide regular feedback and updates, guiding everyone through the candidate journey, managing rejection effectively.
