Position Summary

 

As Sales Development Manager for the International Premium Brands, you will lead the development and performance of the international brands portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and strong execution across markets.

 

 

A Day in the Life as Sales Development Manager

 

  • Drive portfolio development and contribute to growth strategy across markets
  • Co-build ambitious and consistent commercial plans with markets (innovation, pricing, investments…)
  • Ensure alignment and local adaptation of global brand plans
  • Monitor performance, define KPIs and implement corrective actions
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects across the organisation
  • Manage, coach and develop team members
