Position Summary

 

Guarantee the best consumer experience in every Nespresso channel (BTQ, CRC, B2B & Trade) by creating and delivering the best training programs (mix of local and global) to improve the level of service, business performance and customers loyalty.

A day in the life of... Learning & Development Manager

 

  • Anticipate trends and future training and development needs, identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement and learning  needs for employees;
  • Provides guidance to training activities by:
    • Ensuring the localization and effective delivery of the Nespresso Global Learning Portfolio & Curricula in each Nespresso sales channel
    • Creating local training programmes to increase sales performance and level of service
    • Driving the Trainers' Community (team of 6 people) to provide the best training solution in each channel and enable each member of the community to adapt, customize and deliver training programmes
  • Drive Learning Preparation, Delivery, Facilitation and Follow-up;
  • Learning Analysis and return on investement: Identify KPIs and monitor effectiveness of delivered training programs and measures success of the program with the business;
  • Manage and report on training budget;
  • In synergy with the other HR functions and local Nestlé L&D team, design solutions and initiatives in order to support Change Management and the new Company Culture.
