Position Summary

He/She oversees the Retail channel ensuring the correct implementation of the channel and category policies defined by the Trade Marketing and agreed with the customer by National Key Account/ Key Account maximizing their effectiveness. Agree local activities with customers by coordinating with Trade Marketing and Sell-in. It is responsible for managing sell-out levers, ensuring availability, maximum accessibility and visibility to products in stores. He/She also deals with live order and shelf space trading in some point of sales.

A day in the life of...
  • Manage effectively and efficiently the point-of-sale visit, according to “In Call Execution” guidelines;
  • Develop and implement the promotional activities agreed by Sell-In;
  • Check compliance with agreed assortments and deal with store personnel in case of gaps;
  • Work on the shelf to assure the availability/visibility of products according to the guidelines of the category standards;
  • Maximize product visibility using POP materials and proposes category/Space Allocation projects;
  • Build effective and long-lasting relationships with department managers/Sales Points;
  • Collect and analyze data about baseline and promotional performances of the products and provides this information to other functions;
  • Deal with promotional and baseline orders on some points of sale;
  • Monitor displays, prices, promotions, assortments, shelf life, pack quality;
  • Implement in-store activities according to the channel policy defined by CCSD and following the activities negotiated by Sell In;
  • Quality team support on product collection on points of sale or from the consumer.
What will make you successful
  • Experienced in Sales;                                                                 
  • Degree in Business Management/Trade Marketing/Scientific disciplines;
  • Negotiation skills;
