Position Snapshot
•    Location: Nespresso Italy – Milan (Assago) Headquarters

•    Contract: Full-time internship (6 months)

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join the Nespresso After Sales team.
The candidate will support B2C After Sales activities, with a strong focus on performance governance, KPI monitoring, and process optimization for machine maintenance and repair services.
They will also contribute to the day‑to‑day management of technical issues, ensuring the highest service levels for our customers and collaborating closely with our Service Partners.

 

A Day in the Life of the Stage After Sales Nespresso: 
•    Monitor After Sales KPIs and ensure high service levels by following up on cases, identifying gaps, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
•    Analyze reports and performance data from Nespresso After Sales Centers to support decision‑making.
•    Automate performance and cost‑related analyses to improve efficiency and data reliability.
•    Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to Service Partner performance and operational KPIs.
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to enhancements of existing processes and participating in lean re‑engineering projects in collaboration with Customer Relationship teams.
•    Work closely with suppliers and Service Partners to collect information, solve operational issues, and ensure alignment on performance.
•    Provide hands‑on support to the After Sales team on daily operational tasks, maintaining a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
What Will Make You Successful
•    Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding processes in a dynamic and complex After Sales environment.
•    Strong analytical mindset and solid problem‑solving skills.
•    Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
•    Positive, proactive attitude and team spirit.
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with macros, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.
•    Fluency in English.
