Position Summary
You will support the Application Group Confectionery Specialist for Nestlé Professional Zone Europe in product development activities, mainly focusing on document management across Nestlé and customer templates and portals
A day in the life of an Application Group Intern
- Support product development and labelling activities, ensuring that all required technical documentation is provided by suppliers on time
- Support the drafting of Manufacturing Dossiers (MDs)
- Update Manufacturing Dossiers in case of minor changes (e.g., new multilingual labels)
- Store and/or update final Manufacturing Dossiers in the Nestlé Professional Zone Europe Co-man SharePoint
- Update the Co-man Master File, ensuring that documents are regularly reviewed and renewed upon expiry
- Support to guarantee the product compliance with Nestlé guidelines, uploading the semi-finished goods specification and the recipes data in the Nestlé SAP database (Great/Formula one)
- Support the labelling process by sharing technical information with the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team
- Support compliance checks with Nestlé guidelines by uploading nutritional data into Nestlé databases for nutritional profiling and verification of nutrition declaration compliance
- Support drawing up and updating the technical sheets for the customers and sales teams
- Upload technical data to customers' portals
- Enter data into the Nestlé CAT2 tool for Central Technical Approval

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and flexible mindset
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in both Italian&English
