Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to join the Nespresso Service Excellence team and work closely with the Business Quality Expert.
You will support the team in day-to-day Quality activities, contributing to the management and optimization of quality processes, and to ensure product & process compliance. The role is designed to support the Quality Expert in ensuring product quality, and regulatory compliance across local operations.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Support the team with a proactive approach in daily operational activities related to Quality and Continuous Improvement.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs, customer complaints, audit findings and recurring issues, helping to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support the management of quality documentation, including technical data sheets, declarations of compliance, supplier documents and internal procedures
  • Support audit preparation and follow-up activities for boutiques, customer service and operational partners, ensuring proper tracking of actions and evidence
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Customer Care, Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, suppliers and service partners, to ensure a timely response to quality topics, incidents and documentation requests

  • Strong problem-solving skills and agile mindset,
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders

  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is considered a plus

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in Business Quality within a premium FMCG environment. You will support activities related to quality, compliance and continuous improvement, while developing problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

You may be asked to discuss academic projects or experiences related to quality management, process optimization, data analysis or problem solving, demonstrating your ability to identify improvement opportunities and work with different stakeholders.

 

Step 3:

Feedback

You will receive feedback at the end of the process, regardless of the outcome.
