Position Summary
You will join the Sanpellegrino & Perrier On‑Trade / Out‑of‑Home Global Commercial Development Team, contributing to initiatives that support market growth across channels and categories. In this role, you will help develop, update, and monitor commercial and category tools for the Sanpellegrino and Perrier portfolios (Waters and Carbonated Soft Drinks).
A key focus of your internship will be supporting the integration and optimization of the platforms used to order promotional materials, ensuring a smooth and consistent process across brands and markets.
A Day in the Life of Sanpellegrino & Perrier Commercial Development Team - Category Internship
- Support the POS activation manager in developing a common ordering platform for promotional items for all brands contributing to the cross-functional process and collecting the necessary documents and visuals, coordinating the opening of new item codes and user accounts in SAP
- Support consumer and shopper activation (in store visibility, serving and activation materials, consumer promo) development in cooperation with marketing, suppliers and creative agency, with a specific focus on the new POS Catalogues development
What will make you successful?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, economics or management engineering
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Excel, PPT and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Result Focus with Self-Organization skills (project mgmt)
- Passion for the FMCG world and a desire to learn and grow
- Fluent in English and Italian. A good level of French is a plus

An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, your academic and extracurricular experiences, and your interest in Consumer & Marketplace Insights and the FMCG industry.
Step 2:
Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Role & Contest deep dive/Business case
A focused and informal conversation aimed at helping you better understand the role’s key activities and day‑to‑day ways of working. The manager will explore how you approach tasks, organize information, and collaborate with different stakeholders.
A short practical exercise may be included as a learning opportunity to better understand how you approach real business situations. This could involve discussing a shopper activation initiative, reviewing a simple operational flow, or sharing ideas on how activation materials could be improved in terms of effectiveness or consistency.
Step 3:
Feedback
You will receive feedback at the end of the process, regardless of the outcome.
